To qualify for the early bird rate, payment must be received by 10 October 2024.

For abstracts or papers to be included in the Abstract Book and Technical Programme, at least one author per submission must complete registration by 10 October 2024.

Early bird registration is applicable if paid before 15th October 2024. Late or on-site registration (after 15th October 2024) will be charged an additional fee of $50 for Foreign / 500,000 VNĐ for Domestic.
