Registration Fees

Early bird registration is applicable if paid before 01 June 2026.

For abstracts/papers to be included in the Abstract Book and the Technical Programme, at least one author per paper must register by 01 June 2026.

Late or on-site registration (after 01 June 2026) will be charged an additional fee of $50 for Foreign / 500,000 VNĐ for Domestic.

Conference registration fee covers (1) access to conference sessions, (2) conference materials, and (3) coffee breaks, lunch, and gala dinner.

An additional fee of $50 for Foreign/1000,000 VNĐ for Domestic will be charged for each extra published paper.

Terms and Conditions

Payment Confirmation Notifications will be sent to your email address once your payment is processed successfully. For online payment, the conference only accepts confirmation from the bank.

An invoice is provided to authors on request.

Please attach the wire transfer confirmation of the registration payment (PDF format).

The wire transfer is required for authors affiliated with Vietnamese institutions.
